My life is a hodge podge of likes, loves, interests, experiences, even themes at times, all topped with a distinct point of view of the world. It’s my goal to reflect on past and current experiences of all kinds, the things I love or loathe, current events and to hopefully engage in some interesting dialog. While studying for my journalism degree at the University of Northern Colorado, I learned one of the best ways to learn is to experience life, having volunteered and trying out a door to door sales job in Biloxi, Mississippi that turned into quite the adventure. I learned the value of education via conversation with others and absorbing their experiences. This blog is about having that dialog, exchanging of ideas, respectfully and tactfully debating some topics and just having fun with others. Perhaps a few horizons will be broadened, including my own.
Looks like a good start there, Missy! I will continue to check up on you!

Hi! I sure don’t! Thank you so much for the award! I’m honored. 🙂
I’ve enjoyed reading what you have to say; a times, you’ve inspired me to complete a post, write something I wouldn’t otherwise write, or just see things in a different way. Therefore, I’d like to nominate you for the Most Influential Blogger Award. You can read more about it here. I understand if you choose not to accept (or if you’ve already received the award), but I wanted you to know that your writing influences me. Thanks for everything to write!
Oh wow! Thank you! Your timing couldn’t be better. I have been bogged down with personal issues for a while and so I’ve let this blog slide and now that I’m trying to get back to it, find it frustrating at how ignored it seems to be (I get why but still frustrating). I was on the verge of giving up to be quite honest but this is an awesome reassurance that it’s worth keeping up! Thank you! I’m way flattered. I really enjoy your writing as well. 🙂
