These are the best of the photos I took while I was visiting my friend in Lake Havasu City last Sunday. I’m very lucky that I live in a place that even though it’s really small, I am close enough to other places that I can enjoy their offerings. I need to do more of that. I will be trying to do a lot more of the for a while. I need out of my apartment and out of the city some. Being cooped up too much is bad for this girl.

Anyway, it was a great day. It was nice to hang out with my friend also. I haven’t had a chance to just hang out with Elaine. It was nice to have some lunch, do some line dancing and of course to listen to some awesome bluegrass music. The line dancing took place on London Bridge. Again, the bridge really did come from London. I didn’t think so but apparently it really did. It was dedicated, I believe, in 1971. Craziness.

The weather was warm, though a bit breezy. I’m so lucky to have had that kind of day. It was so needed. I need another one quick here. It’s definitely a day I’ll remember for sure. What’s one of your best days?
