First, I don’t normally use the same picture but these days, I don’t have the energy to decide on a new one ha! So there you have it. Second – as much as I feel I liked the songs I selected for yesterday, Adams is so good at the love song that I had to do a whole other set for him. So here it is:

First – “Everything I Do, I Do It For You.” Β The movie “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves” was a fun flick. Was it great? Probably not. As much as I love Kevin Costner, I’m not sure he even tried to have a British accent. Either way, I enjoyed it because it was entertaining. As for the theme song, well, it speaks for itself. I simply love this song. The piano, the heartfelt lyrics…it’s a great combination for a perfect love song – something Adams is so good at.

Second – “Please Forgive Me.” Um…the man is asking for forgiveness for loving a woman so much? Who else does such a thing? This song is so well done through and through. I can’t get enough of it.

Third – “Do I Have to Say the Words.” This is a song about trying to save a love from dying. It’s so gorgeous in so many ways. The lyrics are powerful and the sound…is awesome. Many might not like his raspy voice but I think it’s that quality that gives edge but also honesty to his songs. It’s so raw and lovely. Oh I love this.

  1. I scrolled the screen to quickly so your sentence all got blurred and when you wrote, ‘fun flick. Was it great? Probably not. As much as I love Kevin Costner”…… became,

    “fun f**k, Was it great?…. Kevin Costner…”

And for a second I thought you were writing about hooking up with Kevin Costner πŸ˜‰ I had to reread it more slowly…..

Even though as I said Kevin Costner did a terrible job with his accent (and his acting in that film wasn’t very good either) I still love that movie…. it brings back good memories for me πŸ™‚
